The complex of design, construction, and installation works in the Fit-out scope, including ventilation and air conditioning, fire protection (sprinkler and gas fire extinguishing), video surveillance, access control systems, water supply and drainage, power supply and other engineering systems.
Organization of space. On a relatively small area, 350 m2, there are several rooms with different functions: a welcome area, a waiting area, three meeting rooms, cash desks, a workspace for employees, a coffee point, a depository, WC-and-bathroom units. One of the meeting rooms is presented in the form of a cozy private area with swivel partitions, comfortable armchairs, a sofa, a coffee table, and soft light, where you can move after the business part of the meeting, or use it as a full-fledged meeting room. The premises are located in such a way that the trajectories of employees and visitors do not intersect. The comfort and privacy of both employees and clients of the bank were important aspects when developing the new space. The visual style is based on a combination of modernity and the old "engraving" style. The main style-forming element is the wave-like pattern (guilloche), which was used in the decoration with wall panels. Smooth, thin lines convey the mood of freedom.
