Version dated 8 October 2026. Website operator: OOO “MSM REGION”, INN 9701087140. Contact: info@mercury-cm.ru.
1. Essential cookies
Cookies are small records stored by your browser. Drupal uses technical cookies and session identifiers for forms, request protection and, where needed, remembering a request. Our code does not use them for advertising. Disabling all browser cookies may prevent forms from working.
2. Your choice
The first visit offers “Only necessary” and “Allow analytics”. Metrica does not load before a choice or after refusal. Our code saves the choice, time and notice version in localStorage under mercury_privacy_choice_v1 for up to 180 days. This is a browser preference record, not an advertising identifier. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom to change your choice. On withdrawal, our code removes this site's accessible _ym_ cookies and reloads the page without Metrica. It cannot remove cookies belonging to other domains or statistics already transmitted. Use browser controls or contact the relevant operator for those.
3. Yandex Metrica
By selecting “Allow analytics” separately, you consent to OOO “MSM REGION” and OOO “YANDEX” collecting technical data for visit analysis: IP addresses, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, pages, referral sources and visit times. These data may be personal data and are not automatically anonymous.
Counter 70545949 is used. Metrica may set _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and other _ym_ cookies; their set and duration depend on the current service and browser configuration. Session Replay, click maps and link tracking are disabled in the installed code. Forms are marked to exclude submission tracking and field recording. Our code sends page and referral addresses without query parameters or fragments.
Declining analytics does not restrict browsing or form submission. Consent continues until withdrawal or a new choice is requested. Withdrawal stops future loading. For deletion of previously collected information, contact info@mercury-cm.ru.
4. External map
The contact map does not load automatically. Selecting “Show Yandex map” permits the browser to contact Yandex and transmit the IP address and technical browser information to display it. This choice is separate from analytics and applies to the map on the current page.
