Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to OOO “MERKURI KONSTRAKSHN MENEDZHMENT REGION” (short name: OOO “MSM REGION”), Russian taxpayer number (INN) 9701087140, state registration number (OGRN) 1177746937895, registered address: Premises 18P, Building 1, 17 Snezhnaya Street, Sviblovo Municipal District, Moscow, 129323, Russian Federation (the Operator), processing the personal data I enter in a request form on mercury-cm.ru.
1. Purpose and information
Purpose: considering my request, responding, providing advice or a commercial proposal that I requested, and related correspondence.
Data: my name, email address, phone number if supplied, message and information about me in attached files. Request and consent evidence includes IP address, date and time, request identifier, consent selection, language and consent version. I should not provide passport details, health information, biometric information or unnecessary personal data about other people.
2. Operations and recipients
I allow collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use for these purposes, access by authorised staff and contracted hosting and technical support providers, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing may be automated or manual. Providers may access only the necessary data and must comply with confidentiality and data protection obligations.
This consent does not cover advertising mailings, publication of my data, sending request contents to Yandex Metrica or cross-border transfers. Analytics requires a separate choice in cookie settings.
3. Duration and withdrawal
Consent starts when I select the separate checkbox and submit the form. It lasts until my request and related correspondence are completed or I withdraw it. I can withdraw by emailing info@mercury-cm.ru or writing to the Operator's registered address.
After the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, processing must stop and the data must be destroyed within 30 days unless a statutory exception or independent legal basis applies. Necessary contractual or other legally required processing may continue on its own basis.
4. Expressing consent
I express consent by selecting the initially unchecked “I give my consent to personal data processing to respond to my request” checkbox and submitting the form. The server records the selection, time and consent version with my request. This is verifiable electronic consent under Article 9 of Law No. 152-FZ; it does not replace written consent where legislation specifically requires it.
