What we did

One of the largest in Europe and the largest in Russia Data Processing Center, with a total area of 33,000 m² where 20 computer rooms are located, with a rated electrical power 31.2 MW.

The designer was Cronta Construction. The developer of the working documentation and the General Contractor for the construction is Insystems, a member of the Lanit group of companies, in consortium with Mercury Construction Management.

The total project implementation period was 5 years.

Features

An important characteristic of the facility is the energy efficiency indicator not more than 1.3 (PUE), this value is achieved by installing special ventilation and cooling system with artificial intelligence elements. AI monitors the temperature in the machine room using purified air from the external environment, and heat from equipment is used for heating.

The efficiency of the implemented works is confirmed by::

LEED Certification – confirms that the building design and construction is carried out according to the latest environmental and energy efficiency standards.
Tier III certification– confirms the reliability and no-failure operation of the data center systems.
